Great Views
Almost everyone who has visited us has exclaimed over our spectacular view of the Platte river valley from our large covered porch. Enjoy a loaf of French bread and cheese while you enjoy your wine with a view.

Events 2005
November 12th 7:00 PM Meet Your Winemaker Dinner We will be having a "Meet Your Winemaker Dinner" Nov 12th. We will be touring the winery, tasting some of the new wines, and enjoying a five-course meal that is paired with a different wine for every course. This will be a fine dinning and wining experience. Cost will be $45 per person with Bacchus Club members getting a $5 discount off of the price. The menu was prepared by Executive Chef Paul Pleskach. Paul studied at the renowned New England Culinary Institute. Details will be posted on the website. Call or email us for reservations.

Holiday Gift Ideas
The holidays are just around the corner. What a great gift to give to family and friends, but a bottle of Soaring Wings wine. Remember the friends and family who have moved away as well as relatives and friends no longer in the area. There are now a number of states we can ship to.
We have available for gifts:
Wine, gifts baskets of any size, gift certificates, wine openers, napkins, wine bottle holders, wine chillers, t-shirts, wine tasting gifts, one of a kind original art and craft works, and much more.
But don’t forget to take an afternoon off for a glass of wine!
Holiday hours: We will be open our normal hours until Dec 6th. We have extended hours then, 11-7 every day except Sunday (12-6) until Dec the 23rd. Dec 24th 11-3 closed Christmas, New Years, and Jan 9-25.
Facility Rental and Tours
Celebrate your special event at our winery. Include a tour or a wine appreciation lesson from our winemakers for a small additional charge. Tour groups welcomed with reservations. Call for details.

We sit on 30 acres of land just minutes south of Omaha on a high hill overlooking the tranquil Platte river valley 0.7 mile south of Springfield Nebraska at 17111 So 138th St.

Open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 12PM to 6PM, Sunday 12PM to 5PM.
