At 5 Trails Winery we offer Semi-Sweet to Semi-Dry, fruit forward wines produced from locally grown grapes and fruit.
Located just a half mile off of I-80, Paxton's main street offers not only 5 Trails Winery but these other local attractions including the world famous Ole's Big Game Steakhouse, The Windy Gap Saloon, access to Lake McConaughy, some of the best pheasant hunting in the Midwest and history galore.

#4 - Cuthills Vineyards, Pierce
Nebraska's first winery. Annual wine festival each fall. Jan-Apr, Fri-Sun, 1-5pm; May-Dec, Wed-Sat, 11am-6pm; Sun, 1-6pm. Closed holidays. Group tours available by appt. for $3 per person, $125 minimum. Tours last 40 minutes. Take a short 20-min tour during business hours: $2.50 per person. #5 - Deer Springs Vineyard and Winery, Lincoln

inhabits the original family homestead house built in 1876. The farmhouse has been carefully renovated and remodeled to reflect
the charm and characteristics of the original structure while providing
contemporary comfort and an atmosphere of country elegance.
#6 - Feather River Vineyards, North Platte
With 37 acres of grapes, this vineyard is the largest in Nebraska. Wine tasting room and retail sales. Feather River Vineyard is open for private parties including weddings, receptions, dinners or luncheons. Tents are available to enjoy your party in the midst of the grape vines. The Vineyard is an experience you won't soon forget.
#7 - James Arthur Vineyards, Raymond
This winery, surrounded by rolling hills and prairie grasslands, is Nebraska’s largest. Grapevines love this Nebraska soil—here they grow 20–25 feet a year. Visitors can ramble through the grounds, relax under a gazebo, sip wine, and sample Nebraska foods. Be sure to taste two James Arthur wines that have recently won national awards, the 2005 Edelweiss Gold and the 2005 Vignoles Bronze.
#8 - Mac's Creek Vineyards and Winery, Lexington
These vines grow on 12 acres near the banks of beautiful Spring Creek, and the vineyards are tended by a family who has lived in central Nebraska for more than 100 years. Guests can taste distinct wines while surrounded by lush vineyards and sweeping prairie. With luck, they'll catch a view of one of Nebraska's famous sunsets too. Mac's Creek is also near two famous pioneer routes, the Oregon and Mormon Trails.

Our winery sits 350 feet above the North Loup River Valley offering visitors a grand view. #11 - Prairie Vine Vineyard & Winery, Mitchell
These fine wines are designed to represent western Nebraska and the prairie. Sample the current menu of nine wines. Tour the 2,100-foot winery with a capacity of 6,000 gallons, where grapes ferment and recipes are created. Relax in the tasting room while sipping the unique wines perfected by the wine-maker, Allen Gall.
#12 - Sage Hill Vineyard & Winery, Parks
Sage Hill Vineyard is located on a hillside overlooking Rock Creek a short 3 miles northwest of Parks in Southwest Nebraska. Enjoy our hybrid wines on our patio just a mile south of Rock Creek Lake. Now available “the Winemakers Loft” accommodating up to six people with full amenities. Call for reservations. #13 - SchillingBridge Winery & Microbrewery, Pawnee City
The wine-lover and beer-drinker will both be happy here. SchillingBridge is Nebraska’s first farm-based winery and microbrewery. Guests can sample wines and beers, tour the winery and brewery, and visit the gift shop. The eight acres of grapevines create a beautiful and historic setting—the land contains an 1890 railroad bridge and an archaeological site.
#14 - Silver Hills Vineyards & Winery, Tekamah
The vineyard was started in 2000 as a way to diversify the farming operation and has been growing steadily every year since. The small winery has 3 acres of vines and 175 apple trees and uses only Nebraska fruit, grapes and honey.

#15 - Soaring Wings Vineyard, Springfield
Relax on the porch, drink in the view of the Platte River Valley, share French bread and cheese, and sample international award-winning wines. Purchase samples and a souvenir wine glass, or buy a bottle to taste or take home. Be sure to try one of our many Gold Medal Winning Wines.
#16 - Superior Estates Winery, Superior
Designed to match its rural surroundings, this winery was built using indigenous materials such as limestone and cedar. The path through the winery is sprinkled with wine-making symbols, such as arbors at the entrance and a barrel-shaped room. Tasters can sample wines indoors with a vineyard view or outside on the patio.

WunderRosa Winery & Vineyard is located 11 miles South of
Lincoln on Hwy 77 to Wittstruck Road, then 1 mile East on Wittstruck Road.
There is a beautiful deck to sit & enjoy wine with a picnic, if you choose to
bring your own. Our Tasting Room & Deck are available for private functions.
Our hours are Fridays 5-9pm, Saturdays noon-9pm, Sundays 1-9pm
We are offering 4 wines this year.
Clare's Wine, our only Red, is a dry wine with a hint of oak,
similar to a Merlot. It is made from Frontenac & St Croix grapes.
Bocelli's Gold, a dry white, similar to a Chardonay, made with
Frontenac Gris grapes.
Capitol View White, a semi-dry white with a hint of sweetness,
similar to a Riesling, made from Prairie Star, & LaCrosse grapes.
HR Blush, a semi-sweet blush wine made froom Frontenac Gris, has a
fruity taste, like a white zin, with the coloring of an Italian Nebbiolo style
wine.

Grapes, berries, and brambles. Wildflowers and birding. One season and its accompanying harvest melds nearly seamlessly into the next at our picturesque vineyard nestled on a beautiful hillside. Our new dining room and tasting room accommodate wine tasting, fresh fruit pies and cobblers. Cedar Hills Vineyard and Gardens' guests marvel at the array of food growing here.

#25 - Slattery Vintage Estates: Vineyard and Tasting Room, Nehawka
Located half way between Lincoln and Omaha, Slattery Vintage Estates: Vineyard & Tasting Room is an Escape from the stress of the city. The tasting room features Nebraska wines from many wineries, giving the patron the opportunity try them all in one place. The gift shoppe includes creations from local artisans. A visit might include a walk around the vineyard or duck pond, a romantic spot by the fireplace, or relaxation on the patio by the fountain. Check us out!

In the early 1900's there were over 5,000 acres of grapes under cultivation. Prohibition, drought and late freezes took their toll
on the grape industry. Currently there are 14 wineries and well over 300 acres of grapes.

#28 - South Fork Vineyard, Ogalala
Moving to the country in 1987 and cleaning up a small farmstead with the help of their four children, Rod and Jackie Hopken raised their kids with good work ethics through this clean up process. Once the kids were in College, on their own or married we found ourselves planting a three acre vineyard of French American hybrid and table grapes along with other fruits and raising honeybees. Now with the help of our daughter and grandson we have a little gift shop, tours, picnics, kite flying, u-pick and lots of farm animals to play with. Our busiest time of the year is spring and summer with new farm babies, pruning and getting ready for harvest. Harvest is an exciting time where friends and family come to help. We have an all volunteer crew that come for the food, friends and fresh air and of course the harvest party.

Glacial Till Vineyard & Winery is a family owned and operated vineyard located in southeastern Nebraska. Started in 2003, our vines take root in the rocky, sandy, fertile soil deposited thousands of years ago when the glaciers covering the central plains of North America receded. This terrior, known as glacial till, is ideally suited for wine grapes. Our mission is simple, to craft the best wines possible from the ground up.

#31 - Nissen Winery, Hartington
Nissen Brothers Winery is the idea and work of brothers David and Timothy Nissen who presently own Westphalia Vineyards. We grew up on a small farm south of Bow Valley, Nebraska. Bow Valley is an unincorporated farming community located just a few miles away from the Missouri river in northern Cedar County.
